Two copies of email when cc-ed in mailing lists

Adding “Reply-To: $address_of_the_list” is a more reliable way of doing
it. Most mailing-list software I know do it by default, and I have
chosen to do it myself for those that do not.

send-hook . "unmy_hdr Reply-To:"
send-hook ~Cmutt-users at mutt.org my_hdr "Reply-To: mutt-users at mutt.org"

Unfortunately the standard about List-* headers that was supposed to do
that more cleanly was ill-conceived and has failed.
