Newbie Help for multiple signatures

Answering my 1 own question
Add to muttrc for signature based on to address

send-hook . 'set signature=~/.signature'  # default settings
send-hook '~t ^user at monkey\.net$' 'set signature=~/.signature1' # uses 
signature1 when sending mail to user at monkey.net

I am still baffled on the mailing list setup
