Folders do not display in SideBar

I don't see the any mailboxes in your .muttrc. Perhaps you just need to
configure the 'mailboxes' setting to add some folders? The manual has
a section on adding new mailboxes: http://www.mutt.org/doc/manual/#mailboxes.
