You know mutt can do that, right?

It lets you search for any header you want, by regex - which can of
course just be a string, if you escape any regex metacharacters.

I just used mutt's limit command to seach for:
  ~h'Date: Mon, 29 Nov 2021 12:03:31'

... and it filtered to this message from you, and no others.
