Sorry, I just realised that the default forward_format
contains the *original* sender's email address. That's
not what ends up in the From: header of the forwarded
email like I said earlier. That shows how often I
forward emails. :-) I think I prefer that to the
dominant convention of adding FW: or Fwd: and not
including where it is forwarded from.
