Can Bounce command be used from the command line?

Example from one of my scripts:

    mutt -f "$folder" -e "push '<search>$pattern<enter><display-message>'"

I still recommend just using sendmail directly though.

I thought procmail had some directive to 'bounce" messages? Haven't used 
it for a while.
