mutt 1.14.2 released

Hello Mutt Users,

I'm pleased to announce the release of version 1.14.2.  Instructions for 
downloading are available at <http://www.mutt.org/download.html>, or the 
tarball can be directly downloaded from <http://ftp.mutt.org/pub/mutt/>. 
Please take the time to verify the signature file against my public key.

This release fixes a few editor-prompt buffer size issues.  Thanks to 
Kai Weber and Armin Wolfermann for reporting the problems.

The release also includes a mitigation for an email with thousands of 
multipart parts.  Thanks to Eric Wong for reporting these (and an 
earlier 1.14.0 fix), and including sample scripts to demonstrate the 
issues.
