Determining what mailcap entry mutt is trying to run for an attachment?

Try typing 'm' in the attachment menu, which forces using the mailcap 
(<view-mailcap>), instead of hitting Enter.

Debian's Buster package reverted to a mostly vanilla Mutt release, and 
so doesn't have patches that probably changed the default "Enter" 
keybinding for you.
