mutt 1.13.4 released

Hello Mutt Users,

I'm pleased to announce the release of version 1.13.4.  Instructions for 
downloading are available at <http://www.mutt.org/download.html>, or the 
tarball can be directly downloaded from 
<http://ftp.mutt.org/pub/mutt/>. Please take the time to verify the 
signature file against my public key.

This release fixes a potential memory corruption issue when sync'ing 
imap mailboxes.  It also improves the speed of opening mailboxes with 
large threads (when sorting by thread).  Lastly, it changes the default 
of $ssl_force_tls back to unset.

My special thanks to the ticket and pull-request submitters for this 
release, especially @Score_Under and @danieltameling.
