Hello,

Is this an error in mutt itself or in the tool producing the mbox file
with this line:

I should have been looking better myself :-(
we have mail/p5-Email-Outlook-Message and with this one can do:

$ msgconvert --mbox siadmin-error-pg.mbox siadmin-error-pg.msg

The resulting mbox file has a first line like:

   From "Apitz,Matthias" <matthias.apitz at foo.org>  Wed Feb  5 07:57:08 2020

but after repairing it with vim to:

   From matthias.apitz at foo.org  Wed Feb  5 07:57:08 2020

mutt is willing to open the mbox fine.
