When using mutt with mailto: From and Fcc are holding wrong values

Thank you Dan.
I just tried starting mutt with "-s foo at bar.de" and it also deletes my usual
"From" address.
While the rest of my muttrc remains in place. Maybe I misunderstood something,
but I can't see how this prevents the problem I face.
