mutt 1.11.2 released

Hi Mutt Users,

I'm pleased to announce the release of version 1.11.2.  Instructions for 
downloading are at <http://www.mutt.org/download.html>, or the tarball 
can be downloaded directly from <http://ftp.mutt.org/pub/mutt/>.  Please 
make sure you verify the gpg signature file against the tarball.

This release fixes building with the latest OpenSSL release, and has a 
few other bug fixes sprinkled in.

Thanks to everyone who submitted patches, tickets, and helped test for 
this release!
