Translation of man pages for mutt

Hello fellow translators,
the translation for the man page (as opposed to the programm strings
we just updated) is not hosted within mutt itself, but rather within
manpages-l10n.

It consists of three files
- mutt(1) with 152 strings
- mutt_dotlock(1) with 47 strings and
- muttrc(5) with 1809 strings.

The follwing translations currently exit:

French: mutt_dotlock (complete)
German: all complete
Polish: mutt (151 translated, 1 fuzzy)
Romanian: mutt (151 translated, 1 fuzzy) and mutt_dotlock (complete)
Russian: muttrc (753 translated, 516 fuzzy, 540 untranslated)

If you are interested on working of any (or several) of these man
pages, so that they are soon shipped in your favorite distribution,
please contact me (off-list) and I can provide you the details.
