Mutt.pot file for 2.1.0 release

Please find de.po attached to this e-mail[1]. It was proofread by a small
experienced translator team involving Olaf, of course.

And indeed I have two questions. During review we noticed some english
(original) strings which might need some attention. Those fixes would
be for the *next* version, of course.

What is the best way to report these "issues"?

Secondly, I'm member of the manpage translation project [2]. Amongst
many projects we also serve translation of the man pages for mutt.
Would you be interested in including the po4a infrastructure and the
translations into your repository? This would enable to you to
maintain theses translations at "the source", rather than us as
intermediary downstream. 

If you are interested, I'll provide more details so we can schedule
the transfer (and help you getting started with po4a, if necessary).

I did not note anything special in the pot file nor in the updated po
file. The (small) changes all looked reasonable to me.
