Kevin sent here the new POT file. You take the old PO file e.g. from the
previous Mutt release and use msgmerge like this:

    msgmerge OLD_PO_FILE NEW_POT_FILE > NEW_PO_FILE.

to produce the new PO file that will have all English messages from the POT
file and reused translations from the old PO.

Then you translate all the untranslated and fuzzy messages, validate it with
msgfmt --verbose --statistics tool, test with new Mutt code, if you have it
installed and then you are content with the new file, you send it back to this
list.
