yes the mail tp interface is quite aggessive, eg testing that you
specify the right mutt version, but we do not all need to use it,
we could just submit to kevin, ahd he could upload to tp as he uploads to git.
what do you do now to get all the old translated messages which are still valid transferred to the new version?
