I have experience with GNU Translation Project (TP) only as a translator. It
works pretty well. The only downside I experience is that a server that
handles a mail box that collects the updated translations on TP side has too
aggressive spam filter and sometimes rejects e-mail messages that are used for
delivering the updates. It seems that a TP admin and the server owner
different people.

I don't have any issues with current Mutt process.
