Upcoming freeze for 1.14 release

Hi Translator Team,

I've just announced the upcoming freeze date on mutt-dev: next Friday, 
April 17th.

On that date, I will generate a mutt.pot file and email this list.  If 
you work on translations out of git before that date, please make sure 
to run make update-po to regenerate the translation files.

My plan is to release two weeks after the freeze, during the weekend of 
May 2nd.  If you have any questions or problems please don't hesitate to 
contact me directly or via this list.
