mutt 2.2.7 released

Hello Mutt Users,

I've just released version 2.2.7.  Instructions for downloading are 
available at <http://www.mutt.org/download.html>, or the tarball can be 
directly downloaded from <http://ftp.mutt.org/pub/mutt/>.  Please take 
the time to verify the signature file against my public key[1].

This is a bug-fix release, fixing a $edit_headers bug on MacOS, along 
with several other small issues.  It also changes $query_command to be 
stricter when parsing results, and adds '%s' expando support to $pager.

Thanks to everyone who reported issues and helped test, and especially 
to Matthias Andree for his patches fixing Mutt's support for old 
protocols when using OpenSSL.
