mutt 1.12.2 released

[Kevin J. McCarthy]

Hello Mutt Users,

I'm pleased to announce the release of version 1.12.2. Instructions for
downloading are at <http://www.mutt.org/download.html>, or the tarball
can be obtained directly from <http://ftp.mutt.org/pub/mutt/>. Please
take the time to verify the signature file after downloading.

This is a stable bug fix release, fixing a few minor issues. It's been
three months since the last stable release, so it seemed about time. :-)

Thanks to everyone who submitted patches, issues, and helped test!

-Kevin
