imap4s timeouts and closed connections

Try adjusting $imap_poll_timeout, first increasing it, and if that 
doesn't work try setting it to 0.  If either of these has an effect, 
please report back.

The option was added in version 1.9.0, so it's had some shake-out time, 
but it's always possible there is an issue with the polling.
