Viewing sent mail

hello,

This is probably a silly question but I am having quite a bit of trouble
figuring this out. 

I am mostly writing just in case someone is able to offer help regarding
this right away.

I routinely want to view the email that I sent but I am yet to figure
out a way around this.

>From my previous research, I understand that I am supposed to have
mailboxes and a way to view and select the mailbox to be viewing.

My email provider is Gmail so most of the important (not sure these
could be termed as mailboxes are already on their server) and I reckon
that the only thing I need to do is to configure them into mutt.

Being fairly new to mutt, I haven't figured this out just yet.

Attached is my very simple mutt configuration file.

Any help would be much appreciated.
