Inbox folder doesn't work anymore

you can answer yourself, look at:
  ls -la ~/  |grep -i mail
  ls -la ~/{M,m}ail |grep -i inbox

guessing, you actually have ~/Mail/Inbox or   
                            ~/mail/Inbox or
                            ~/Mail/inbox
