Hi There, Just an update on this issue. My machine just froze while NOT using mutt. I was in the terminal, typed the few first letters of a command, then hit <TAB> and the machine froze. So to my big despair, it is not a mutt issue; I bet it's more a hardware issue, and that is bad. Have a nice day, Steve
